 Refund Policy (for jewelry)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them.

Please note that each piece is hand-made and may vary slightly from the pictures. Quantities may be limited and subject to bead availability. If you have any questions, special requirements (particular kind of clasp, different gemstones, etc.) or just would like to discuss your order before placing it, don't hesitate to email me.  If you don't specify colors and stones, it would indicate you want the same colors as in the catalog.  I highly recommend to specify length, especially for chokers.

Payments for patterns are not refundable. If something happens to the file (got deleted/corrupted), please contact webmaster to receive a new copy of it.

Ordering by Credit Card:
